Creating a Question in Mento Social

How to Create a New Question

  1. Login to Your Account

    Access the login page at https://client.mento.social/ and enter your credentials to log in to your Mento Social account.

  2. Fill Out the Create Question Form

    Once logged in, create a question here https://client.mento.social/private/questions/create. Refer to the form fields outlined in the image provided and fill in the details as follows:

    • Question: Enter the question you want to ask your readers. Make sure it's clear and concise.
    • Link to Article: Provide the URL of the article where you want the question to be displayed. This should be the direct link to your content where the plugin is installed.
    • Panel: Select the relevant panel from the dropdown menu. This categorizes your question within the broader context of your site or article themes.
    • Description (optional): Add any additional context or description for the question, if necessary.
    • Answers: Input the possible answers for your question. You can start with two options (e.g., Yes or No) and add more if your question requires multiple choices.

    After filling out all the fields, click the 'Submit Question' button to create your question.

  3. Verify Your Question

    To make sure your question is live, navigate to the article URL you provided. The Mento Social Plugin should display your newly created question. If it does not appear, double-check that the plugin has been installed correctly and that the article URL matches the one provided in the form.
